I started training with Vicki to get my post-baby no.2 body back into some shape. Vicki is energetic, motivating and knows her stuff - she is a wealth of information on diet and exercise that's appropriate for your situation. She's kept me exercising, inspired me to do more exercise than I was and thankfully put some weight and diet myths to rest.
