I train people of all different fitness levels. Some of my clients engage in regular exercise and come to me just to get more variety in their workouts. Others because they feel they’re lacking structure or focus from the program their gym provided. On the other hand, I also have many clients who hadn’t done a day of exercise in their life until they started training with me.
I acknowledge that each client is a unique individual with a different exercise background, specific goals and their own preferences for physical activity. I then design sessions to help them achieve the results they want, monitoring them on a monthly basis, to make sure that they stay on track.
There are only two things that any of my client’s programs will have in common. Firstly, adherence to the fitness principle that every good program contains a balance of cardiovascular conditioning, muscle conditioning and flexibility. And secondly, that fitness needs to work hand in hand with nutrition to get the best results
